In-Store Pickup & Shipping Policy

In-Store Pickup: Pickup orders will be ready for pickup within 1-2 hours, DURING BUSINESS HOURS. An email will be received once the order is ready for pickup.

PICKUP ORDERS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 72 HOURS. FAILURE TO PICKUP YOUR ORDER WITHIN 48 HOURS WILL RESULT IN YOUR ITEM BEING RESTOCKED AND A STORE CREDIT BEING ISSUED.

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR RESTOCKED ITEMS. NO EXCEPTIONS

SHIPPING: Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. All orders are shipped Priority Mail through USPS. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days from the date shipped for your order to arrive. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped with a tracking number to confirm the arrival date.
